Return & Cancellation
Cancellation
Abhishek Kumar Jain HUF believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Abhishek Kumar Jain HUF does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
Replacement & Refund policy
We have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement against defective item.Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Item received is physically damaged.
- Item received has missing parts or accessories.
- Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on our website.
- Item received is defective/doesn’t work properly.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at decor4serenity@gmail.com. Please note that product approved for replacement needs to be sent to the following address: 411, Sector 51 Gurugram, Gurugram, AN, 122018, India
If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We don’t accept return of the products unless we are not able to replace your ordered item .Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for replacement, in case we are not able to replace same item then we will initiate refund & let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
